Document verification & editing officer(Arabic speaker)

To review, edit, verify, and process official certificates and documents in compliance with UAE government standards, ensuring accuracy, authenticity, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Document Editing & Review

• Edit and proofread certificates and official documents for accuracy, consistency, and formatting
• Ensure correct spelling of names, dates, titles, and institutional details
• Align documents with approved government formats and language standards (Arabic/English)

Document Verification & Compliance

• Verify documents against approved records, databases, and institutional references
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or altered/fraudulent documents
• Ensure compliance with UAE government documentation guidelines and procedures

System & Records Management

• Upload, update, and track documents through internal document management systems
• Maintain accurate records, version control, and document status logs
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection of sensitive records

Technical Skills

• Advanced document editing and proofreading skills
• Strong knowledge of official certificates and government documentation
• Proficiency in MS Word (advanced formatting), Excel, and PDF editing tools
• Experience using document management systems or government portals
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
