  Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership

• The

• In-depth
  Knowledge of Local Attractions to assist Guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivates a Luxe Ambience, extending a Warm Welcome
  to Guests with a professional and friendly greeting upon their arrival.
  
• Assists Guests with their Luggage, Arranges
  Transportation, and Offers Information about the Hotel's bespoke services and
  amenities.
  
• Ensures a seamless Flow of Traffic at the Entrance,
  efficiently managing Arrivals and Departures.
  
• Collaborates closely with the Concierge and Front
  Office Team to elevate the overall guest experience.
  
• Addresses Guest Inquiries and Concerns promptly and
  with a keen eye for detail, ensuring a Positive Experience throughout their
  stay.
  
• Maintains an Extensive Knowledge of the Local Area,
  Attractions, and Events, providing Personalised Recommendations that resonate
  with the guest's preferences.
  
• Takes the lead in orchestrating Guest Celebrations and
  Events at the Entrance, curating Chargeable Setups to add a touch of glamour
  and contribute to Department Revenue.
  
• Implements and upholds stringent Security and
  Confidentiality Protocols when handling guest information and requests.
  
• Conducts regular Training Sessions for the Doorman Team,
  ensuring they are well-versed in the latest Service Standards, embodying a
  ‘FIVE-Styled’ commitment to excellence.
  
• Actively contributes to Enriching the
  behind-the-scenes 'Vibe at FIVE.'
  
• Collaborates with the Doorman Team to set the tone for
  a Next-Level Guest Experience.
  
• Enriches the Journey at FIVE by sharing Exciting
  Announcements and Award-winning Moments with guests and fellow FIVE Tribe
  Members.
