Draftsman- Civil- High Rise

Meraki Integrated Contracting is seeking a skilled BIM Draughtsman- (Civil) with strong expertise in execution-focused modeling. You will play a key role in developing accurate 3D models, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring construction-ready drawings align with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare all inhouse Structural shop drawings in coordination with IFC Arch. & MEP drawings
• To prepare all inhouse Architectural & ID shop drawings in coordination with IFC Str. & MEP drawings
• Preparing General drawings including Sketches for RFI / CVI, Logistic layouts etc..
• Coordination with Surveyor & site team

• Qualification- Diploma Holder (Civil)
• Experience - Minimum 04 years UAE Experience in Buildings  (Midrise & Highrise)
• Proficiency in BIM - REVIT & AUTOCAD Softwares
• Should have certificates for  BIM - REVIT & AUTOCAD Software courses
