Job Description - Driver cum Bellboy

Ensure guests are greeted uponarrival
Open car doors for arriving anddeparting guests and escort them to thelobby
Maintain an up to date knowledge of thehotel and services and supply information and respond to guestqueries
Ensure effective handover is done,gaining information from earlier shift
Forwardall guest complaints or problems to the manager onduty
Perform any trips and drives with thehotel car / bus as requested
Control allguests' car keys
Ensure that aneffective handover is made to the night shift in conjunction withthe early Shift Leader
Establish, promote andmaintain good public relations while meeting or exceeding guestexpectations
Maintain the parking spaces andkey cabinet and ensure cleanliness is to themaximum
Ensure that airport / crewtransportation flow is maintainedeffectively
To assist guest with their luggageon arrival and departure as well as handling mail andinformation.
To be smart, well groomed,punctual and name tag to be worn at alltimes.
