• Communicate effectively withdispatchers and supervisors to provide updates on delivery statusor any issues encountered on the road.
• Followcompany policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation,including dress code and conduct.
• Provideexcellent customer service to passengers or clients, ensuring apositive experience throughout thejourney.
• Stay up-to-date with road conditions,weather forecasts, and traffic patterns to plan routes accordinglyand avoid delays.
• Assist passengers withloading and unloading their belongings, ifapplicable.
• Perform routine vehicle inspectionsand maintenance to ensure the vehicle is in proper workingcondition.
• Maintain a clean and organizedvehicle, both inside and out.
