Dubai Content Creator / Street Interview Producer

The Role

We are hiring a full-time content creator based in Dubai to help produce and film social-first interview content across the city.

This is a long-term role with:

• fixed monthly payment
• consistent content production
• growth opportunities as the platform scales
• direct involvement in building one of Dubai’s next major social media brands

You must already live in Dubai and actively understand the city’s culture, social scene, and energy.

We are building a next-generation social media brand documenting the real Dubai — not the tourist version.

This is not a traditional “content creator” role.
We are looking for someone who can confidently move through Dubai’s most interesting spaces, capture real conversations, and create content that feels alive, insider, and impossible to fake.

The format combines:

• Street interviews
• Lifestyle journalism
• Social-first storytelling
• Fast-paced short-form video
• Cultural commentary
• Real human interactions

About The Brand

A multi-format social media brand built for Dubai’s most culturally plugged-in audience — from expat entrepreneurs to local tastemakers.

We cover:

• where people go
• how they think
• what’s trending before everyone else knows
• luxury, ambition, nightlife, fashion, business, beauty, hospitality, culture and social dynamics in Dubai

This is content made by people actually inside the city’s culture — not outsider commentary.

This is social-first entertainment and cultural storytelling.

The role does not require you to be the public face of the brand.
Your main responsibility is filming interviews, capturing strong moments, and editing engaging short-form content.

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone who:

• is currently based in Dubai
• deeply understands the city and its culture
• feels comfortable approaching strangers
• understands social media pacing and attention retention
• knows how to create content that feels premium but authentic

You must be able to independently:

• film short-form content
• edit videos professionally
• understand hooks, pacing and retention
• create TikTok / Instagram Reels style edits
• work quickly and consistently

Mandatory

• Must currently be based in Dubai
• Must submit a portfolio
• Must have professional experience filming and editing videos
• Must understand TikTok, Instagram Reels and viral short-form content
• Must have strong English communication skills
• Must be available for full-time content creation work

Strong Plus

• Experience with interviews or street content
• Luxury / fashion / hospitality / nightlife familiarity
• Understanding of Dubai culture and trends
• Experience with viral content formats
• Access to interesting social circles or venues
