Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Power Automate / Apps. The candidate must have a deep understanding of automating business processes, integrating various enterprise ERP and CRM systems, and enhancing organizational efficiency using Power Platform tools. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other components of the Power Platform to automate key business processes for our clients, including integration with systems such as SAP, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and more.

• Analyze client requirements and design automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to connect and integrate with multiple enterprise systems, including SAP, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and custom databases.
• Develop and implement automation solutions for key business processes, driving increased efficiency and reduced manual effort for the client.
• Develop and configure custom connectors, APIs, and data integrations to streamline business processes across different platforms.

• Collaborate with the client’s Business and IT team to understand their business needs and translate those into technical specifications, especially in environments involving multiple ERP and CRM systems like SAP.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
• Experience in building complex workflows and automating processes that integrate multiple enterprise systems such as SAP, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint.
• Experience in automating business processes, ensuring scalability and alignment with client requirements.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP integration, including reading/writing data to SAP via APIs or middleware solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
