Your responsibilities:

  • Online inventory management: Monitor and manage the company's digital inventory across all online platforms, ensuring product availability, accurate stock levels, and timely restocking.

  • Optimizing product listings: Enhance and update product listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and search engine optimization (SEO)

  • Developing and executing online marketing campaigns: Plan, create, and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and paid advertisements.

  • Customer Assistance & Order Processing: Provide prompt and professional support to online customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding them through the purchasing process.

Job requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms

  • Understanding of Digital Marketing.

  • Knowledge of Automotive parts.

  • Sales and Customer service skills.
