Ecommerce Coordinator

- Manage inventory entries and updates across various online marketplaces including Amazon, Alibaba, Noon, and others.

- Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

- Optimize product listings to enhance visibility and sales performance on each marketplace.

- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market presence on international platforms.

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.

- Reach out to potential clients and partners to generate new leads and business relationships.

- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.

- Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing inventory and sales on major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Alibaba, Noon, etc.

- Strong sales coordination skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.

- Proficient in using computer applications and software relevant to inventory and sales management.

- Ability to conduct market research and generate leads in the international market.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The Candidate must be willing to relocate or work in Umm Al Quwain.
