Electrical Forman

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman with strong UAE site experience to lead and supervise electrical works on construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing electricians, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering work in line with project requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical installation works including power, lighting, earthing, and ELV systems

• Lead and manage electricians and helpers on site

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards

• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and other trades

• Plan daily work activities, manpower allocation, and material requirements

• Conduct site inspections and support testing & commissioning activities

• Maintain daily progress and safety reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as an Electrical Foreman

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and site execution

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000
