1. Maintenance of MEP Systems

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, panels, lighting, and other MEP-related components.
• Inspect electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair.
• Ensure all systems are in proper working condition and aligned with safety and operational standards.

1. Repair & Troubleshooting Works

• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools.
• Repair or replace faulty wiring, electrical devices, fixtures, and control systems.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and service requests to minimize downtime.

1. Installation Works

• Install wiring, control, and lighting systems according to technical drawings and project specifications.
• Connect electrical systems to power supplies and test for functionality and safety.
• Support the setup and commissioning of new equipment or electrical systems.
