Job Summary

 Our client is seeking an experienced ELV Senior Technician to join a prominent industry in the UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, preferably with experience in managing universities, hospitality, residential, and commercial facilities. 

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair ELV systems, including gates, barriers, and CCTV.

- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless facilities management.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ELV systems.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with a reputable FM organization.

- Background in managing diverse facilities, including universities, hospitality, residential, and commercial properties.

- In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including gates, barriers, and CCTV.

- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
