Electrical Trainer - Freelance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance trainer to conduct a comprehensive four-day training program on Electrical Drawings & Studies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in electrical engineering with extensive experience in commissioning. The training sessions will be conducted in-house at Abu Dhabi, and the trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative sessions to multiple batches.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a structured training program covering various aspects of electrical drawings and studies.
• Provide practical insights and real-world examples to enhance participants' understanding.
• Facilitate interactive sessions to encourage participant engagement and knowledge retention.
• Customize training materials and content to meet the specific needs of the participants.
• Assess participant progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Address participant questions and concerns effectively, providing clarification and additional support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in the field of electrical engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of below details and electrical drawings, symbols, and diagrams.
  • Interpretation and understanding of standard electrical symbols
  • Characteristics of single-line diagrams
  • Importance of ladder diagrams
  • Using diagrams for circuit tracing
  • Troubleshooting electrical systems using diagrams
• Familiarity with commissioning processes and procedures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Arabic will be an added advantage
