Electrician

• Reports to the EngineeringSupervisor regarding daily work progress and work ordercompletion.
• Works closely with EngineeringSupervisor and peers to carry out preventive maintenance and annualmaintenance program .
• Follows all safety rulesand regulations in job, departmental procedures andinstructions.
• Carries out all other tasksassigned to him by his supervisor.
• Able to readBuilding and electrical drawings.
• Able to faultfind and repair electrical controls andsystems.
• Excellent understanding of electricalinstallations and systems within modern buildings; TV, CCTV, BMSetc. inclusive Switchgear, Bus bar risers.
• Goodpractical skills capable of the installation and maintenance ofSWA, Conduit, Trunking FP 2000 etc. to a highstandard.
• Familiar with planned PreventiveMaintenance and Safety programmes.
• Flexible andteam player and able to work on own initiative with minimumsupervision.
• Works closely with peers to assistin their job when requested by Duty Engineer/ ShiftLeader
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Electricalinstallation or maintenance experience.
• Must beable to work effectively in a high pace, dynamicenvironment.
• Experience working in hotels orinstitutional settings
