As an Emergency Medicine physician with SearchPlus HR, you will be at the forefront of providing urgent medical care to patients facing critical health challenges. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide variety of emergency medical conditions in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Working collaboratively with a team of healthcare experts, you will be responsible for stabilizing patients, making quick and informed decisions, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained throughout the emergency treatment process.

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess and triage patients presenting with urgent medical issues
• Provide immediate and appropriate medical interventions for a range of emergencies
• Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests to guide treatment decisions
• Stabilize critically ill patients and manage their transfer to specialized care when needed
• Document patient encounters, treatments, and follow-up care accurately
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current in emergency medicine practices

• MD or DO with board certification in Emergency Medicine
• Extensive experience in emergency medical settings, preferably in an emergency department
• Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols, procedures, and best practices
• Proven ability to make rapid medical decisions in high-stress situations
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
