In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert emergency medical care, managing acute and life-threatening conditions, and leading emergency department teams to ensure efficient and effective patient treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and expert assessment and treatment to patients presenting with emergency medical conditions.
• Perform emergency procedures and interventions to stabilize critically ill or injured patients.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary clinical teams within the emergency department.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency medicine education programs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and prognoses.

• Medical degree with specialization and board certification in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah or other regions of the UAE.
• Substantial experience working as an Emergency Medicine Consultant Physician, preferably in UAE or Gulf region.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency settings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
