As an Emirati Development Associate, you’ll dive into the heart of our business, exploring how Tech, HR, Finance, and Admin come together to power one of the UAE’s most dynamic groups. What You’ll Do

In this rotational and hands-on role, you’ll gain exposure across key areas of Cencorp:

• People (HR): Get involved in onboarding, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Finance: Support budgeting, expense tracking, and learn how business decisions translate into numbers.
• Admin & Operations: Coordinate processes, systems, and projects that keep the company moving.
• Technology & Innovation: Work on automation, digital tools, and data initiatives that help us work smarter.

You’ll collaborate closely with department heads, contribute to live projects, and learn the inner workings of how a UAE-grown company scales successfully.

Who You Are

• Nationality: UAE National
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related fields (recent graduates encouraged)
• Mindset: Inquisitive, adaptable, and eager to learn something new every day
