We are excited to launch our Graduate Emirati Rotational Program under the Tumoohy Initiative, designed to support and accelerate the careers of talented Emirati graduates in the pharmaceutical industry. This structured 18–24 month program offers hands-on experience across a range of departments, aiming to build the next generation of leaders in both Commercial and Medical functions.

Program Tracks:

1. Commercial Rotation (2 Vacancies)

Participants will rotate across a variety of key departments including:

• Field Sales

• Marketing

• Customer Excellence

• Market Access

• Support Functions (Regulatory Affairs, OEC, Quality Assurance, etc.)

These rotations will provide broad exposure, practical knowledge, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced business leaders to develop core commercial capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Emirati National with UAE Family Book

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or Science or any relevant degree.

Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a passion for healthcare innovation
