Job Description - Engineer - Planning MEP

Black & Grey HR is hiring an Engineer â Planning MEP for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in high-rise building projects to manage planning, scheduling, and coordination activities for MEP works across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules for MEP activities using Primavera

-Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution

-Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports

-Review project drawings, technical documents, and work schedules to support execution activities

-Identify project delays, risks, and critical activities and recommend corrective actions

-Ensure all planning activities align with project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements

-Support resource planning, material tracking, and project coordination activities

Requirements

-Bachelorâs Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) is mandatory

-3â10 years of experience in MEP planning within the construction industry

-Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC

-Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and AutoCAD

-Good understanding of MEP systems, project scheduling, and site coordination

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation

-Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
