We are seeking a talented and innovative Engineer specialising in Roads and Highways to join our esteemed engineering firm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge transportation infrastructure projects across the region.

• Design and develop road and highway projects, ensuring compliance with local UAE and international standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions
• Utilise advanced engineering software to create detailed road and highway designs
• Conduct thorough analyses of traffic flow, safety considerations, and environmental impact
• Implement sustainable and innovative road construction techniques
• Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and progress
• Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and project documentation
• Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and tender documents
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering
• Assist in mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative work environment

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree is advantageous
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in road and highway engineering
• Proficiency in road and highway design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international road and highway design standards and regulations
• Experience in delivering BIM Infrastructure projects
• Expertise in sustainable road construction techniques and innovative design solutions
• Solid understanding of traffic flow analysis and transportation planning concepts
• Knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles related to road construction
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication abilities and experience working in multicultural environments
• Familiarity with local UAE road design standards and regulations
• Experience working on projects in the Middle East region is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
