*Job Summary*  

Dubai-based automotive manufacturing company is hiring Arabic-speaking Engineering Graduates as Junior Sales Coordinator for tendering team. Best opportunity for fresh B.E/B.Tech engineers to start career in automotive sales + tendering. Complete training provided. Must be available to join immediately.

*Key Responsibilities*  

- Assist in processing RFQs/tenders from OEMs & Tier-1 automotive clients  

- Support in preparing technical quotations & BOQ with engineering specs  

- Coordinate with Arabic-speaking clients for requirements & clarifications  

- Handle communication with local UAE clients & govt entities in Arabic  

- Maintain tender tracker, update CRM, organize technical bid documents  

- Support ISO/IATF 16949 documentation for automotive clients  

*Must-Have Requirements for Immediate Joining*  

1. *Qualification:* B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engg only  

2. *Language:* Fluent in Arabic – speaking, reading, writing – Mandatory  

3. *Experience:* 0-1 year | Freshers with project/internship in manufacturing preferred  

4. *Notice period:* Immediate / Serving notice / Max 15 days  

5. *Technical skills:* Basic understanding of auto components, drawings, BOQ  

6. *Software:* Good in Excel, MS Office. AutoCAD/SolidWorks knowledge is plus
