Experience: 0-1 Year - Freshers Welcome - 2024 / 2025 / 2026 Grads Preferred

Language: Arabic Mandatory - Fluent in Reading, Writing & Speaking

Salary: AED 4500 - 5000 + Visa + Medical Insurance

About the Role:

Hiring Arabic speaking Engineering Freshers as Sales Coordinator for Tendering team. This is a fresher-friendly role with complete training provided - Best start for engineers who want to build a career in Automotive Sales + Tendering.

What You Will Do:

- Assist in RFQ / Tender processing from OEMs & Tier-1 clients

- Support in preparing technical quotations & BOQ as per engineering specs

- Coordinate with Arabic speaking clients for requirements & clarifications

- Communicate with local UAE clients & Govt entities in Arabic

- Maintain tender tracker, CRM updates & bid documents

- Support ISO / IATF 16949 documentation

- Follow up on submitted quotes

Who Can Apply - Mandatory:

- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Only

- Fluent Arabic - Must Read, Write & Speak - Will be tested in interview

- 0-1 year experience - Freshers with manufacturing / automotive internship preferred

- Must be in UAE and available for Face to Face interview in Dubai

- Immediate joiner - Max 15 days notice - Urgent requirement

- Basic knowledge of auto components, engineering drawings & BOQ

- Good in Excel & MS Office - AutoCAD / SolidWorks is a plus

- Good communication in English
