About the Role:

Hiring Arabic speaking Engineering Freshers as Sales Coordinator for Tendering team. This is a fresher-friendly role with complete training provided - Best start for engineers who want to build a career in Automotive Sales and Tendering.

What You Will Do:

- Assist in RFQ / Tender processing from OEMs and Tier-1 clients

- Support in preparing technical quotations and BOQ as per engineering specs

- Coordinate with Arabic speaking clients for requirements and clarifications

- Communicate with local UAE clients and Govt entities in Arabic

- Maintain tender tracker, CRM updates and bid documents

- Support ISO / IATF 16949 documentation

- Follow up on submitted quotes

Who Can Apply - Mandatory:

- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Only

- Fluent Arabic - Must Read, Write and Speak - Will be tested in interview

- 0-1 year experience - Freshers with manufacturing / automotive internship preferred

- Must be in UAE and available for Face to Face interview in Dubai

- Immediate joiner - Max 15 days notice - Urgent requirement

- Basic knowledge of auto components, engineering drawings and BOQ

- Good in Excel and MS Office - AutoCAD / SolidWorks is a plus

- Good communication in English
