Engineering Manager - High Performance Systems (Node.js/TypeScript)

Salary: 30-36K AED per month

The mission is to leverage the power of audio and cutting-edge tech to create seamless and engaging ad experiences for gamers, while delivering effective monetization strategies for game developers and publishers.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Infrastructure and Services team. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of managing high-performing teams and actively engaging in the technical aspects of highly scalable systems. Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript is essential, with a strong preference for additional experience in Go and AdTech.

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that empowers them to excel.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of high-scale software solutions aligned with our business goals and strategic vision.
• Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and architecture discussions to ensure the team maintains technical excellence.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, providing guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements and deliverables, translating them into actionable solutions with your team.
• Implement and champion best practices for software development, testing, and deployment across the team.
• Identify and solve both technical and organizational challenges, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Node.js and TypeScript development.
• Proven track record of delivering high-scale, high-performance software solutions.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Ability to manage and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
