We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Sofitel Dubai The Palm. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians in maintaining and improving building systems and infrastructure
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility equipment and systems
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of repair and renovation projects
• Manage energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues and improve overall operations
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities and capital projects
• Analyze system performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for management
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services
• Implement and maintain quality control processes for all engineering and maintenance activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative technologies to enhance facility operations

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• In-depth knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and implementation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in energy management and sustainability practices
