About the Role:

We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own revenue generation for Silkrunner, our agentic AI workflow orchestration platform. You will take ownership of a high-potential territory across the government, enterprise, and commercial market in MEA - driving new business, building deep C-level relationships, and leading strategic AI transformation opportunities. Silkrunner is a complex, extremely versatile platform: customers use it to build and orchestrate AI agents for any use case - security operations, HR, procurement, legal, sales, and beyond - which lets us deliver value in days, not months.

This is a pure hunting role. You will build your pipeline yourself - through your network, industry events, strategic prospecting, and direct outreach. Each account is different and has its own way of procuring software - successful sellers here see those distinctions as opportunities for value creation and tailor their approach to each one, rather than relying on past playbooks for selling other enterprise software.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, understands how to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and wants to be part of one of the most exciting AI companies in the region. You know how to sell complex technology into government and regulated environments and don't need to be handed leads to be productive - if you've spent years building relationships with the right people at GCC government entities and large enterprises, that network is a core part of what we're hiring for.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle enterprise software sales across government, enterprise, and commercial accounts.

• Identify, build, and convert new pipeline through strategic prospecting, your own network, industry events, and direct outreach.

• Drive multi-stakeholder, consultative selling motions to close high-value deals.

• Run structured discovery to uncover business challenges, technical landscape, budget, decision authority, and timelines.

• Qualify hard against ICP - protect the team's time and move fast on strong fits.

• Develop long-term executive relationships and champion customer success.

• Become a trusted advisor to customers on AI adoption, workflow modernization, and digital transformation.

• Collaborate closely with Solutions, Product, and Channel teams to craft tailored AI-native solutions and shepherd engagements from first meeting, through procurement, to close.

• Translate ambiguous client needs into clear scopes, proposals, and pricing structures.

• Maintain clean CRM records, accurate forecasts, and complete handovers to Delivery post-close.

• Monitor early project delivery to catch scope drift before it becomes a problem.

• Meet and/or exceed defined metrics by securing enterprise contracts.

Requirements

We are looking for A+ players - people who are top of their game, consistently overachieve, and want to build something significant. You should have:

• 10+ years of proven success in software or SaaS enterprise sales, focused on closing net new business.

• A consistent track record of exceeding quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

• Proven success securing significant agreements with government entities and/or large enterprises in the GCC - this is the critical requirement.

• An established network of relevant contacts across GCC government and enterprise accounts.

• Strong experience generating new business and building pipeline from scratch - through events, relationships, and direct outreach.

• Deep account management skills and the ability to nurture high-value client relationships.

• Expertise in consultative selling, solution-based selling, and navigating large organizations and multifaceted procurement protocols in regulated environments.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presence, with a style that accommodates both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Commercial instincts around pricing, negotiation, and value framing.

• A highly collaborative mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-performance team; adaptive and introspective - willing to learn, guide, lead, and follow.

• Experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation is a plus.

• Fluency in English; Arabic a strong advantage.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling AI, automation, or data platforms (e.g., Palantir, UiPath, Celonis, Dataiku, C3.ai, or similar).

• Experience with channel or strategic partnerships in the region.

• Structured sales methodology (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN).

• CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce).
