JOB DESCRIPTION

We are is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Entry Level Social Media Assistant to support our social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and graphics) that aligns with our clients’ brand voices and strategies.
Monitor social media channels for engagement and promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Conduct research to identify current social media trends, relevant hashtags, and opportunities for audience engagement.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for content and campaigns.
Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
