Estimation Engineer - Emarati

• Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and related documents.
  
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering and construction projects.
  
• Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation.
  
• Collect and analyze quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
  
• Support the preparation of tender documents, proposals, and bid packages.
  
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate estimates.
  
• Update cost databases with new pricing information.
  
• Participate in value engineering exercises to optimize project costs.
  
• Assist in risk assessment and provide inputs for contingency calculations.
  
• Maintain documentation of estimates and assumptions for future reference.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying Certificate.
  
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 3 year of experience is a plus.
  
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of estimation or cost management software is an advantage.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Arabic is a plus.
