• Ensure that estimation procedures are thoroughly followed, and take responsibility for the selection of tenders.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of tender documents and the scope of work, allocate tasks to subordinates, and lead pre-tender and post-tender meetings and discussions.
• Respond to queries from clients and consultants, and study the general and preliminary requirements of the project.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of achievement in a similar role, ideally with a background in site engineering, site management, or quantity surveying.
• Liaise with various departments for the technical submission of tenders.
• Review all tender documents, brief top management on project details, and secure the most competitive offers for subcontracted items in line with tender specifications.
• Finalize rate analysis, including direct and indirect costs, profit, and overheads, in coordination with top management.
• Prepare the preliminary project budget upon award.

• You are a Civil or Industrial Engineer specializing in construction.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with expertise in estimating large civil works or complex building projects.
• You possess strong practical and theoretical knowledge, enabling you to handle situations within your area of work with a solid conceptual understanding.
• You have good knowledge of ICT.
• You are proficient in English. ​​​
