*Job Summary:*

We are a leading MEP and HVAC Services company in Dubai looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Estimator to handle tendering and costing for our HVAC projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQ, rate analysis, heat load calculations review and cost estimates for HVAC systems.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Study HVAC, MEP, architectural and structural drawings and prepare detailed BOQ for HVAC works

- Prepare quantity take-off for ducting, piping, insulation, equipment, VRF, Chilled Water, Ventilation, Exhaust systems

- Do rate analysis for materials, labour, equipment and subcontractor items

- Collect and check current market rates for HVAC equipment, materials and accessories

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, tenders and commercial proposals on time

- Get quotations from vendors, suppliers and subcontractors for HVAC equipment and do technical clarifications

- Visit sites for measurement and to verify scope of work when needed

- Support in value engineering and suggest cost-saving and energy-efficient options

- Help in budget preparation, cost control and variation orders during project execution

- Maintain database of old project costs, market rates and supplier details

- Coordinate with design, procurement and project team for correct costing

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*

- 2 to 3 years experience as Estimator / Quantity Surveyor in HVAC / MEP. UAE experience is preferred

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Strong in HVAC quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and rate analysis

- Good knowledge of HVAC systems - VRF, VRV, Chilled Water System, FAHU, AHU, FCU, Ducting, Ventilation

- Good in MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD, HAP / Hourly Analysis. Knowledge of CostX or similar software is a plus

- Can work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Must be in Dubai and available for immediate joining

*Preferred but Not Mandatory:*

- Experience with BOQ based contracting or MEP contracting companies in Dubai

- Knowledge of DEWA, Dubai Municipality, DCD requirements

- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
