*Location:* Dubai, UAE (Office + Site Visits) | *Exp:* 2-3 Years in Interior Fit Out Estimation | *Salary:* AED 3,000 - 4,500 + Visa + Insurance

Leading Interior Fit Out & Technical Services Company in Dubai is hiring an Estimator for fit out projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Study architectural, MEP & structural drawings & prepare detailed BOQ for interior fit out works

- Rate analysis for materials, labour & subcontractor items

- Collect & check current market rates for materials, finishes & furniture

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, tenders & commercial proposals on time

- Get quotations from vendors & suppliers & do technical clarifications

- Site visits for measurement & scope verification when needed

- Support value engineering & suggest cost-saving options without affecting quality

- Help in budget prep, cost control & variation orders - Maintain database of old project costs & rates

*Must Have:*

- 2-3 years as Estimator / QS in Interior Fit Out / Construction - UAE exp preferred

- Degree / Diploma in Civil, Architecture, QS or related

- Strong in quantity take-off, BOQ prep & rate analysis

- Good knowledge of interior fit out materials, finishes & execution methods

- MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD must - CostX or similar plus

- Can work under pressure & meet tight tender deadlines - Good communication & negotiation

- Must be in Dubai - Immediate joiner within 7-15 days preferred

*Preferred:* BOQ-based contracting / fit out contracting exp in Dubai, DEWA / DM / DCD knowledge, UAE driving license plus
