ETP Labourers - Dairy Farm

Apt Resources is seeking ETP Labourers to join our client's dairy farm team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the dairy farm, specifically focusing on the maintenance and management of effluent treatment processes. This role is crucial to ensuring the farm operates efficiently and meets environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of effluent treatment systems, ensuring proper handling of waste materials.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities related to wastewater treatment.
• Monitor the effluent treatment processes and report any irregularities or issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including treatment plant facilities.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support other farm operations as required, including feeding and caring for livestock.
• Assist with general farm labor tasks as needed.

• Prior experience in labor-intensive roles, preferably within agriculture or dairy farming.
• Basic understanding of waste treatment processes is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Basic knowledge of machinery operation is a plus.

Salary: Basic AED1,400, plus AED 200 food allowance, plus free accommodation.
