EUC Manager - Arabic Speaker

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Equivalent
• Minimum 10 years management/supervisory experience managing a highly technical professional team in a complex multi-discipline IT environment in the shifts.
• Proven management or supervisory experience with ability to implement personnel practices/procedures.
• Minimum 8 years managing a service desk team.
• Minimum 8 years managing desktop support, application support, imaging and deployment in a medium to large environment.
• Minimum 8 years supporting a Windows desktop environment and other applications.
• Experience in ITSM tools like Manage Engine or HPSM. Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Experience in managing and assigning the teams in the shifts
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate at technical, inter-team and customer levels; excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced government technology environment and to work as a productive member of a professional team, as well as initiative to be a self-starter.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and rapidly change priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality as well as a sense of humor, and interact with diverse workforce within the sites.
• Excellent communication and written skills in Arabic & English
