European Experienced Restaurant Supervisor for Trendy Western Restaurants

Apt Resources is excited to announce an opportunity for a European Experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the vibrant team at our client’s trendy western restaurant in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, leading a passionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality food and service. Your strong leadership skills and detailed understanding of the hospitality industry will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise, train, and develop restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and promptly address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and special offerings that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
• Implement and maintain health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the restaurant.
• Track and manage inventory, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain optimal levels.
• Utilize customer feedback to improve service and dining experiences.

• Pervious experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in trendy or upscale dining environments, preferably within Western cuisine.
• Demonstrated experience in European dining styles and trends.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

4000-4500 AED basic salary range depending on the experience + meal allowance 400 + Transportation + Accommodation + Service charge + Credit card Tips + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
