European Registered Nurse with DHA

Ontime Group is seeking a European Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our innovative healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety guidelines
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, assessments, and interventions in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practices and patient outcomes

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Preferably European nationality, with fluency in English
• Previous experience in a clinical nursing role, ideally in varied healthcare settings
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training
