Our Family Office is look for the following, a leader in the Financial Services industry, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Execution & Operations Trader with expertise in Interactive Brokers to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Execute trades with precision using Interactive Brokers platform
• Monitor and analyze market trends to inform trading strategies
• Collaborate with risk management to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Implement best practices for trading operations to optimize performance
• Provide detailed reports and analysis on trading performance and strategies to stakeholders
• Facilitate communication between trading, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless processes
• Develop and refine trading strategies based on market research and performance analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience in trading operations, preferably with Interactive Brokers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
• Excellent understanding of financial markets and trading strategies
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in trade execution
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
