Executive Advisor (ADNOC Gas)

About the Job

The Executive Advisor serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert advice and insights to support corporate governance, business planning, strategic decision-making, and organizational performance. The role is responsible for driving executive-level initiatives, monitoring strategic objectives, preparing high-impact reports and presentations, and ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and business priorities. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support governance frameworks, and contribute to the achievement of ADNOC Gas' long-term business objectives through sound analysis, strategic recommendations, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on strategic, operational, and corporate governance matters.


• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and business plans.


• Prepare executive reports, briefing papers, presentations, and strategic recommendations.


• Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives and organizational performance against KPIs.


• Coordinate cross-functional projects and executive-level initiatives.


• Facilitate decision-making through data analysis, market insights, and business assessments.


• Support the implementation of governance policies, procedures, and best practices.


• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives and organizational priorities.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline.


• Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, executive advisory, business planning, or leadership roles.


• Proven experience working directly with executive leadership teams and managing strategic initiatives.


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.


• Experience within the energy, oil & gas, or large corporate environment is highly desirable
