ADNOC is seeking a highly experienced Executive Advisor, Stakeholder Management to support the delivery of its upstream growth strategy and strengthen relationships with international partners, operating companies, shareholders, and government stakeholders.

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive management, providing strategic advice on upstream operations, production performance, field development, and concession management while safeguarding ADNOC’s and the UAE’s long-term interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory support on upstream production, asset development, and concession management.


• Foster and maintain relationships with International Oil Companies (IOCs), National Oil Companies (NOCs), shareholders, and government entities.


• Support high-level negotiations, governance initiatives, and strategic partnerships.


• Drive stakeholder alignment to ensure the successful delivery of production objectives and concession commitments.


• Represent ADNOC in executive forums, technical committees, and strategic engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.


• Minimum 15 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector.


• Strong expertise in production operations, field development, asset management, and stakeholder engagement.


• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex business environments.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
