Responsibility and Focus

• Executive Assistant to the CFO and support the Finance team with various administrative tasks

Main Tasks

Technical & Product

• Type correspondence and maintain files
• Manage CFO calendars
• Coordinate CFO travel and expenses
• Support planning and organization of Finance team gathering and events
• Support Finance team with various admin tasks e.g. PO management
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations utilizing charts, diagrams and graphs
• Maintain current knowledge of Agency technical (software, hardware, virtual) capabilities
• Provide assistance with copying, emailing, and distribution of materials.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

• Demonstrate strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Exhibit organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Process Oriented and can add value
• Display a professional, detailed-oriented and proactive approach
• Fast learner with group tools, ie. Altair, Paylite etc
• Excellent computer skills with a high proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

5-7 years professional experience in EA and other Administrative roles
