An Executive Lounge Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for guests in the exclusive executive lounge of a hotel or similar hospitality establishment. They are responsible for overseeing the daily operations, supervising a team, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs.

  • Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.

  • Engage with guests, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

  • Manage VIP arrivals and special requests.

  • Supervise daily lounge operations, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail service.

  • Ensure lounge cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times.

  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering, Front Office) to maintain high standards and resolve issues.

  • Monitor guest traffic and manage seating for comfort and privacy.

  • Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring quality and presentation.

  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.

• Typically 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality field.

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

• Experience in food and beverage operations is highly valued.
