Role Objective:
A hungry go-getter mindset personal to drive commercial growth for the dermatology and aesthetic medicine event by securing sponsorships, exhibition sales, and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with the IP’s positioning and long-term market objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Preferred Background & Skills:
· 5 years of sales experience in the dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare event industry.
· Demonstrated ability to build long-term client partnerships and close deals with senior stakeholders.
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
· Proactive and results-driven with a consultative sales approach and high commercial awareness.
· Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
· Taking on the owners in ensuring end-to-end delivery of sponsor / exhibitor deliverables.
· Essential experience in using excel, CRM tools is an advantage.
· Arabic and/or French language proficiency preferred.
