Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and analyses of tissue and fluid samples to diagnose medical conditions accurately.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide insights that inform patient treatment plans and enhance care quality.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and best practices in pathology to ensure the highest standards of laboratory performance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of laboratory findings and reporting, complying with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance and laboratory accreditation efforts to uphold diagnostic integrity.
• Mentor and train junior staff and pathology interns on laboratory procedures and best practices.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Pathology.
• Board certification in Pathology is a significant advantage.
• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in diagnostic pathology, with expertise in both anatomic and clinical pathology.
• Proven knowledge of laboratory operations, quality control measures, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a healthcare team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and interpreting laboratory results.
