Job Opportunity: EYFS Homeroom Teacher (FS2/KG1-Female – Native English Speaker)

Location: Al Ain, UAE.

Position Type: Full-Time | FS2 / KG1 | Immediate Start.

Salary: AED 9,000 – 13,000/month + Shared Accommodation.

Grade: FS2 / KG1.

Gender: Female.

Marital Status: Single or willing to relocate independently.

Nationality Preference: UK, Ireland, South Africa, or other Western native English-speaking countries.

About the Role

We are hiring a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Homeroom Teacher (FS2/KG1) for one of our esteemed international school clients in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate is a female native English speaker with a strong background in Early Years education and a genuine passion for nurturing young learners in a stimulating and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children.

Deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS British curriculum.

Monitor and document student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.

Foster strong communication and partnerships with parents and the school community.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.

Requirements

Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education.
- OR Bachelor’s degree in any field + PGCE/Teaching Diploma in Early Years Education.

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years teaching EYFS/Kindergarten (FS2/KG1).

Language: Native English speaker.

Preferred: Experience teaching in the UAE or GCC.

Marital Status: Single or willing to relocate independently.

Benefits

AED 9,000 – 13,000

Accommodation Allowance: AED 20,000/year (approx.) OR 2-bedroom apartment.
