Facilities Operations Manager

Charterhouse are working with a renowned organisation based in Abu Dhabi, our client has offices throughout the UAE and Middle East. Our client requires a Facilities Operations Manager to work on a major airport project. You will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for ensuring the airport facilities run smoothly. You will be responsible for implementing policies, procedures and driving the business forward, showing vision for the whole airport. You will still remain hands on to an extent, advising on strategies for the hard and soft services of the management team beneath you.

To be considered for this role you should have a solid ten to 15 years’ experience in property management or facilities management. Only candidates with experience of working on an Airport or Hospital project will be considered. In addition you should hold a bachelors Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
