Job Description - Factory Helper

We are seeking a motivated and detail -oriented Factory Helper to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a fresher looking to build a strong foundation in industrial operations within a fast -paced manufacturing environment. The Factory Helper plays a crucial supporting role in maintaining smooth production workflows by assisting with material handling, equipment preparation, and general site maintenance. Your ability to understand instructions, communicate effectively with team members, and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace will directly impact operational performance and productivity. This position offers valuable hands -on experience and the opportunity to grow within a reputable manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the movement and handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods within the production area.
Support machine operators and supervisors with setup, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
Ensure workstations are organized, clean, and comply with safety and hygiene standards.
Follow verbal and written instructions accurately to perform assigned tasks efficiently.
Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or operational issues to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain accurate records of material usage, waste, and daily activities as required.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless coordination.
Adhere to all company policies, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Ability to understand and follow instructions in a fast -paced manufacturing environment.
Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic and/or English for effective team interaction.
Basic physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials (up to 20 kg) for extended periods.
Willingness to work in a team -oriented, industrial setting with shifting shifts if required.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
Familiarity with basic safety protocols and workplace hygiene standards.
