In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, emphasizing preventative care and the management of chronic diseases.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing patient health through physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. You'll work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to foster a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring every family member receives the attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine and treat patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly.
• Diagnose various acute and chronic illnesses, leading to appropriate management and treatment.
• Encourage preventative care through vaccinations and regular health screenings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories.
• Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and chronic disease management.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding their health conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Stay informed of advancements in family medicine and incorporate best practices in patient care.

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Family Medicine.
• Successful completion of a residency in Family Medicine.
• Proven experience in a primary care setting highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based medical practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and community health.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in continuous education and professional development.
