Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fine Dining Experience: Preference for candidates with a background in high-end Italian cuisine or luxury dining establishments.
  


• Language Proficiency: Priority will be given to candidates fluent in Italian or Russian to reflect the international nature of the restaurant’s clientele.
  


• Previous experience in pre-opening projects is an advantage but not required.
  


• Passion for Italian cuisine, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  

Benefits

Working Conditions:

• 6 working days per week with 1 day off.
  


• 9-hour workdays, including breaks.
  


• Candidates based in the UAE who can arrange their own accommodation will be prioritized.
