Reporting to the F&B Retail Manager, Retail Projects & Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies for own distribution across the region to enhance brand awareness and performance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, strong solution-oriented mindset and pro-activeness.
MAIN MISSIONS
Elevate client experience:
- Build and implement local event calendar. Create different types of inside/outside boutique activations for VIC / regular / new clients respecting local markets specificities.
- Ensure excellent execution of boutiques window animations according to Global plan, adapting it to local markets` needs.
- Pilot and introduce new tools and mechanics to increase brand visibility and clients` experience.
- Elaborate CRM approach in close collaboration with Client Engagement team to increase the weight of active clients. Launch and develop brand loyalty program.
- Contribute to cross-divisional, cross-channels initiatives and big brand events to ensure cohesive strategies.
Improve brand effectiveness:
- Work on novelties forecasts, follow up and react on changes to anticipate eventual risks.
- Manage and effectively allocate the budget to maximize return on investment and marketing outcomes. Adjust strategies as needed to stay within budgetary constraints while achieving business goals.
- Evaluate performance metrics of all activations.
- Give guidance and maintain consistency and brand image across the network.
- Analyse market and industry trends, consumer preferences and monitor competitor activities.
Supporting & Following up efficiently, Communicating clearly and harmoniously:
- Ensure strong communication and harmonious collaboration between Retail office and field teams, Middle East Commercial, Marketing, PR, LED teams.
- Initiate and share proactively regular reporting (qualitative and quantitative) with the F&B Retail manager and EU team.
- Retail / Marketing / Project management experience is mandatory
- Experience in luxury F&B retail would be an advantage
- A proven track record of strong organizational skills
