Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing all housekeeping operations within the Royal Palace
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and service
• Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment
• Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet the Royal family's requirements and expectations
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel or royal residence
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding service
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety protocols
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
