Assist in resolvingproduction support problems. Develop and suggest alternativeapproaches to resolving problems.

Develop test plans to verify logic of new ormodified programs. Identify issues as appropriate. Createappropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code,and technical

documentation

Remain abreast of, and research, industrytechnical trends and new developments to maintain current skillsand remain current with industrystandards

MinimumQualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree inbusiness, computer science or related field with a combinedexperience of 8 years in the various Java technologies andtechnical skill sets/experience listed below

2. Ability to write simple and complex SQLQueries, Preferably DB2 SQL syntax includingPL/SQL

3. At least 4 years ofrelated database experience

4. Ability to understand the database design,table structures, indices in order to develop effective andefficient code.

5. At least 5years of practical hands on experience in Basics of SpringFramework.

6. At least 5years of extensive experience in using various Spring Modules suchas Spring

MVC, Spring Batch,Spring Security, Spring DAO/ORM, Spring TransactionHandling

7. Demonstratedexperience of over 5 years on ORM Tools, preferably SpringHibernate with strong conceptual knowledge ofJPA

8. Solid understanding ofCore Java Concepts such as Object Oriented Programming, JavaCollections API , Exception Handling, Multi Threading isrequired

9. Very goodunderstanding of J2EE Concepts, Architecture andTechnologies

10. At least 5years of extensive working experience in J2EE Technologies such asJMS, Java Server Pages, Java Servlets, HTML, Java Script, XML, XSD,XSLT, Xpath and good understanding of JAXB, JAXP isrequired

11. Extensiveexperience in writing and executing Junit testcases &debugging java/J2EE applications

12. At least 5 years of extensive experience inBuild Automation Tool, preferably Maven & related conceptssuch as Project Object Model, Plugins, Build LifeCycle

13. At least 5 years ofknowledge and experience in Webservices concepts such as WSDL,SOAP, UDDI, RDF

SecondarySkills:

Good understanding ofJava, J2EE Applications Profiling and Application Tuning is a bigplus, but not mandatory

Solidunderstanding and practical experience of applying Jquery conceptssuch as handling Events, AJAX through Jquery, selecting andtraversing DOM objects is a plus.

Working knowledge in Web based ApplicationDevelopment and related tools and technologies such as Eclipse, anyApplication Servers (Preferably Websphere or Jboss), SOAPUI

Good understanding andWorking experience in writing business rules using DROOLS andIntegrating with Java/J2EE Applications is a big plus but notmandatory

At least 4 years ofEDI X12 834 transaction experience is a big plus but notmandatory

Experience leadinga team of 4 or more would be a plus but notmandatory
